Past Customer Reactivation
Years of customers, sitting in old invoices.
They already paid you once. They already trust you. The problem is the list: it is long, it is messy, and you do not know where to start.
$400 to $800 · one time, priced by list size
What I do
I turn the pile into a plan you can work a few minutes a day.
You send me your customer records: a spreadsheet, an export from your invoicing software, or whatever you have. You get back:
- Your records cleaned up and merged, with duplicates removed and bad numbers flagged
- Your list sorted by who is most likely to buy again, starting with repeat customers
- A personal message for each customer, using their name and what you did for them last time
- The list split into small daily batches, with a printable page for each and space to check off who you contacted and who replied
- A tracking spreadsheet that shows what came back from the outreach
- A separate list of anyone you should look at before contacting, like customers with an unpaid balance
Pricing
| Customers on your list | Price |
|---|---|
| Under 250 | $400 |
| 250 to 750 | $600 |
| More than 750 | $800 |
Send me a rough count and I will quote it before you pay anything.
What I need from you
Names and phone numbers at minimum, plus whatever dates or services you have. Tell me anyone you do not want contacted, and your offer for returning customers if you have one. Leave out payment details. I do not need them.
Why me
I did this for my own business first.
Three years of records across two systems, sorted into a plan I could work through a batch at a time. This is the same process, done for you. I sell the plan and the messages, not a promised number of returning customers.
Want this to keep going every month? That is the Repeat Business Retainer.
Ready when you are.
Tell me what your business does and what is bothering you most. I will tell you which option fits, or if none of them do.
